As the shop attracted youths and school children it picked up a reputation for snacks. Slowly after the shop got renounced, the owner started gujarati food items in Chennai, like jalebi and fafda, it’s a breakfast dish serving plenty homes on a Sunday morning today. As they were only baby steps to make its goodwill, the firm started out with its first branch in Egmore, Chennai IN. Introducing a variety chaats and sweets made up of pure milk and ghee. Technology comes into play in this scenario, back into 70’s and even in 90’s technology wasn’t much appreciated. So they didn’t focus much on how to expand business through internet, well the 3rd generation involved the firm could widely be known to people buy E-Commerce where people from London could also buy our products without entering our retail store. This is where the firm could turn into a multinational company and double their profits.
