Ajnabi Mithaai, The Authentic Taste Of Gujarat. The founder of this firm was Jayantilal Narayanji.

Started in 1961, by selling pakodas and bhajyas on a 10x10 sq. feet shop in sowcarpet, Chennai, IN.

As the shop attracted youths and school children it picked up a reputation for snacks. Slowly after the shop got renounced, the owner started gujarati food items in Chennai, like jalebi and fafda, it’s a breakfast dish serving plenty homes on a Sunday morning today. As they were only baby steps to make its goodwill, the firm started out with its first branch in Egmore, Chennai IN. Introducing a variety chaats and sweets made up of pure milk and ghee. As a path to success the owner had passed on the business to their heir. His 4 sons, 

Well if he would be here to see how their sons carried on his firm , I’d say he would have definitely proud of what they turned that 10x10 sq. feet shop into, now all over Chennai they have 13 branches and has loyal customers from 20-30 years purchasing the product from the firm. do you think only retail outlets would make them reach their products and goodwill worldwide ? This business has been carried from 2 generations and this is the 3rd generation working on how to expand and explore fields that the 2 generation didn’t have an idea about. What is it ?

Technology comes into play in this scenario, back into 70’s and even in 90’s technology wasn’t much appreciated. So they didn’t  focus much on how to expand business through internet, well the 3rd generation involved the firm could widely be known to people buy E-Commerce where people from London could also buy our products without entering our retail store. This is where the firm could turn into a multinational company and double their profits.
